MaxFlight offers two options to serve the various needs of our charter clients: Charter on Demand and the Charter Program.
Charter On Demand
- Access to 12,000 regional and international airports around the country, as well as to most international destinations.
- Available to you is a full spectrum of planes ranging from small piston engine singles and twins to turbo-props as well as light, mid-size, super mid-size, and large jets. Aircraft Options
- At your request and at no additional cost, we will act as your personal concierge and arrange for you: ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and breakfast/lunch/dinner reservations.
- We will provide you with a comprehensive quote for your charter travel. Be sure, if you are also contacting other charter companies for quotes, that they are including (up front) additional costs normally associated with air travel such as: fuel surcharges, repositioning fees, landing fees, hanger storage, de-icing, and state and local taxes.
- Schedule a charter flight or request a quote 24/7, 365 days a year. Our Charter on Demand clients will receive a call or email within 1 hour of their request and a quote at that time or shortly thereafter. Typically, 24 hours is required to fulfill a request for a chartered aircraft; however we have scheduled charter flights in just a few hours and will gladly attempt to do so for you if the need arises.

Charter Program

Ranging in size from small piston engine singles and twins to turbo-props as well as light, mid-size, super mid-size, and large jets, this flexibility puts you in control of your costs. Are you traveling alone or with a group? How far are you traveling? We'll help you select a plane that makes your air travel as economical as possible while still being safe, enjoyable, and convenient. - Affordability: The very affordable up-front cost of $35,000 for a two year term reduces your initial capital outlay.
- No monthly fees: Unlike most lease programs and fractional ownerships, with MaxFlight's Charter Program, there are no monthly fees.
- You're buying charter at COST: Unlike most jet cards, lease programs, and fractional ownerships, no mark up is applied to your charter costs, you get the receipts! You pay exactly what we pay for charges that are incurred during air travel. Charges such as: fuel surcharges, repositioning fees, landing fees, hanger storage, de-icing, and state and local taxes. Because we have negotiated and volume pricing, you save!
