Charter Your Aircraft

If you are a whole or fractional owner, you may choose to charter your aircraft with MaxFlight. When you charter your aircraft using MaxFlight as the charter operator, your asset is generating revenue and is offsetting your air travel costs. You decide when your aircraft is available for charter, and you are always kept abreast of the charter schedule - you are in control of your asset and your asset is generating revenue for you.

MaxFlight is a charter air carrier and as such, holds a FAR Part 135 certificate issued by the FAA. Be aware that it is illegal for anyone not possessing a FAR Part 135 certificate to transport passengers for compensation. Chartered aircraft and charter air carriers operate at higher standards, as directed by the FAA, than private aircraft and private pilots. For your safety, ensure that anyone you are considering to charter your aircraft, or considering to chartering a flight with, possesses a FAR Part 135 certificate (link to Certifications page) issued by the FAA.
