Certifications

Certificate 5MFA640M: The FAA has issued certificate 5MFA640M to MaxFlight. We are licensed and certified to fly worldwide.

ATP: All of our captains are ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) licensed by the FAA. The ATP is the equivalent of obtaining in doctorate in any given field of study and is the pinnacle of the pilot licensing structure.

FAR Part 135: FAR (Federal Aviation Regulation) Part 135 is the standard put forth by the FAA for aircraft safety, operations, maintenance, and licensing for business aircraft operators. We are a 135 certificate holder and as such, we are subject to additional scrutiny by the FAA and are required to operate, document, maintain, and train to a higher level. We at MaxFlight adhere to and abide by the letter and spirit of FAR Part 135.

A&P: All the technicians that maintain our client's aircraft are FAA A&P (airframe and powerplant) licensed.

IA: Our Director of Maintenance maintains a FAA IA (Inspection Authorization) in addition to his FAA A&P license.

IBAC: MaxFlight is audited and certified by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC)
