Aircraft Safety
The safety and security of our clients is paramount in all of the operations at MaxFlight. We are a business aircraft operator holding a FAR Part 135 certificate and as such, we are subject to additional scrutiny by the FAA and are required to operate, document, maintain, and train to a higher level. At MaxFlight, we adhere to and abide by the letter and spirit of FAR Part 135.
To ensure the safety and convenience of our charter and "managed aircraft" clients, their flights are monitored in real time. Additionally, for flights requiring two flight crew members, both the Captain and the First Officer are certified type-rated for that aircraft.
MaxFlight is proud of its safety record of no accidents, incidents, or violations and will continue to operate in such a way that we can maintain this record.
